The following Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Vertex Design Agency. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Revision Policy

The number of revisions included depends on the package selected by the client. Clients may request revisions according to the limits mentioned in their package details. Additional revisions beyond the package allowance may be subject to extra charges depending on the complexity of the requested changes.

For packages offering unlimited revisions, a fair usage limit of up to 10 rounds of revisions applies. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will continue refining the work within the agreed revision limits.

Logo design revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours. Website design revisions are delivered within 24 hours, while website development revisions may take between 24 to 48 hours depending on complexity.

Free revisions may no longer be available if revision requests are submitted more than 3 business days after the initial concepts have been delivered.

Refund Policy

Vertex Design Agency reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests may not be approved under the following circumstances:

The client becomes non-responsive for more than 14 days.
The primary design concept has been approved.
Revision requests have already been submitted.
The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to our services.
The client violates company policies.
Another agency or designer has been hired for the same project.
The project brief lacks sufficient information.
A complete change in project requirements is requested.
The refund request is submitted beyond the allowed refund period.
The business closes, changes ownership, or changes its brand name.
The service has been delivered and approved by the client.
The service was purchased at a special discounted or promotional rate.
Final files have already been delivered.

Services including but not limited to Domain Registration, Web Hosting, SEO Services, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, and Third-Party Subscription Services are non-refundable.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be considered.

Transaction and processing fees may be deducted from approved refund amounts.

Project Ownership

Upon full payment and successful completion of the project, ownership rights of the final approved work are transferred to the client.

If a client requests ownership transfer before project completion, additional ownership transfer charges may apply depending on the project scope and progress.

Delivery Policy

Project delivery timelines depend on the selected package and project requirements. Estimated delivery dates are communicated at the start of the project.

Urgent projects may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Record Maintenance

Vertex Design Agency maintains records of completed projects and final files for internal purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to retain project files, clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups after project delivery.

Communication Policy

Vertex Design Agency is only responsible for communications conducted through our official website, official email addresses, and authorized communication channels.

We are not responsible for any losses, misunderstandings, or damages resulting from communications conducted through unauthorized third-party channels, fake accounts, or unofficial contact information.

All information published on our official website and official communication channels shall be considered authentic and authoritative.
